You read right my people. You can reverse diabetes and chronic diseases like Hypertension, heart disease, cancer and other life-threatening diseases.
Last year I was diagnosed with diabetes and was placed on medications to be taken daily. And the best part of it all, it is free, thanks to South African Health Department. I visit the clinic monthly to pick them, then after six months, I was told to be picking it at the Dis-Cem pharmacy.
On October 27, I was searching for documentaries on Netflix, and I came on a trending topic on health titled “What The Health”. I watched it that night and was shocked and sceptical of what the man was talking about. Things that can help us are always so simple we ignore them. The summary of all is that we can reverse any chronicle diseases by changing our diet. We need only to eat plant-based food, and we can do it within three weeks.
I searched for other documentaries and saw many. I watched “Fork Over Knife”, “Food Matter” “Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead” “Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead 2″They were all saying the same thing. A book was mentioned in “What The Health” written by Dr Michael Greger titled “How Not To Die”. I bought the kindle version that day, 545 pages of eye-opening remedies for all chronic diseases. I read the book in 48 hours. I ordered the print version which I have given to a Pastor friend of mine who loves talking about health.
I am still reading Dr. Caldwell Esselstyn‘s book “Prevent and Reverse Heart Disease: The Revolutionary, Scientifically Proven, Nutrition-Based Cure,”
“The China Study” by Dr Colin Campbell and “Whole” also by him.
Doctors will never teach us what to do not to be sick. If they do, we will not be going to the hospital, and they will not prosper.
We had all been deceived; all diseases are curable with only food and not medicine. Change your diet, change your life.

I immediately change my diet, I stop eating meat, fish, egg, any dairy product from the animal, any milk. I did few courses on a plant-based diet on Udemy. Downloaded some apps to help me on my journey. Start exercising daily for 30 minutes. Last week I checked my BP, it was normal though I have not stopped taking my BP medication, my blood sugar was normal. The frequent headache was gone, my left eye that had been paining me every morning has reduced drastically. My going to the bathroom to pee had reduced.
