A friend and classmate posted a picture of a lion dressed up in expensive suits with this sentence “You’ve got a billion dollars in your brain, you just have to figure out how to get it out” on our group chat. I was so thrilled because I wrote a few years ago the same thing in my book. Please read the excerpts from the book.
I always ask people this question about where the finest gold mine is. Some who read Myles Munro‟s book on purpose will answer that the best gold mine in the world is the graveyard, where a lot of inspirations and ideas had been buried with the people who did not make use of them. They got it wrong. The finest gold mine in the world is not in South Africa, nor in Ghana. The finest gold mine in the world is between your two ears: your
brain.Every idea stems from our thinking. This is the reason we need to think more than before. Every blockbuster movie comes from the mind. Every invention and software ideas came from the brain. It is better to work smarter than to work harder.
The man with the idea always makes more money than the one that does all the work. Let see some examples. Mark Zuckerberg paid $200 to the guy who developed Facebook’s scripts. Facebook today is worth billions of dollars.
Internet Marketers come with product idea which they might not develop themselves, but pay ghostwriters, graphics artist, website developers, and SEO experts one time fees and make seven figures within a week of launching.
Segun Oshinaga said in his book “Breakthrough Seeds” that “There are more resources in each man than all the oil in Iran, Iraq, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Russia, and Nigeria. Let me prove that Japan is richer than most oil-producing nations put together. Japan wealth is a wealth of the mind rather than a wealth of the ground as in the case of Nigeria, Iran, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, etc.” I am hundred percent in agreement with him.
Every human been had been given the resources to make him live successfully on this earth. The human mind is so vast and unlimited in what it can produce. It was discovered that all the greatest invention we see today was developed by people who put only 5% of their brain to work. If we could force our brain to work at most half its capacity, we could learn to speak 40 languages fluently, memorise the Britannica encyclopedia from cover to cover and be rich like Solomon.
Ironically, Solomon’s wealth was hugely the link to his wisdom. If everything you have is the result of using just 5% of your mind, consider for a moment what it will mean to you and your family if you can increase this percentage.
Have you ever wondered why the likes of Bill Gates, Donald Trump, Richard Branson and the other top guns in the business world have managed to make names and legacies not only now but, also for generations to come? Are they not humans like you? Then, what makes them different, unique or thick?
Why are they at the top, and billions are at the bottom of the ladder?
